The citizen requests and receives a magic link
In person or online, the department generates a magic link with a configurable expiration. The citizen receives it by SMS, email or WhatsApp — no registration, no app, no password.
Direct submission from the phone
The citizen photographs or uploads the required documents directly through the link, from their own phone. The platform provides real-time guidance on format and quality.
OCR and entity extraction
OCR extracts high-accuracy text, even from photographed documents. The AI identifies people, companies, properties and vehicles and suggests matches with entities already known in the system.
AI validates compliance
Generative AI checks the document type, completeness, legibility, validity dates and consistency with the department's rules. Each validation receives a confidence score.
The rules engine applies criteria
Conditional logic (JsonLogic) configured by the department — graduated severity, legal basis per rule, specific flows per process type. Zero IT involvement to adjust criteria.
The civil servant reviews and decides
Receives a structured document pre-analysis with a clear list of pending items. Reviews, approves or rejects with justification — the AI is an assistant, never a replacement for the professional.
Report + audit trail
Automatic generation of a report in PDF/HTML with summary, checklist, validations and identified parties. A complete audit trail records every action (AI, user, system) with timestamp and justification.
