Acta was born from the convergence of technical expertise in generative AI and hands-on experience in the Brazilian public sector. Founded in 2025 in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina.

Acta was established by a multidisciplinary team that combines 20+ years in software engineering and applied AI, 10+ years in municipal public management, and 10+ years in high-demand document validation at notary offices.
The Acta product is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed to solve a universal problem for municipalities and public agencies across Latin America: the massive volume of manual, repetitive, and error-prone document analysis.
The platform is in operation with its first client — Cartório de Gravatal/SC — with a proven 65% reduction in document processing and validation time.

Acta was recognized in two flagship selection processes — within the GovTech ecosystem of Latin America and in the largest startup award in Brazil.
Selected · CIIAR Brasil
An initiative by CIIAR (Coalition of Cities with Artificial Intelligence), coordinated by RIL with support from BID Lab and CAF, connecting govtechs with local governments across Latin America. Acta was selected in the open call to present its AI solution at the Demo Day and to run pilots in municipalities within the network.
